What are Pranaa Reward Points?

Pranaa Reward Points program has been created to thank you for being our client. Points are awarded each time you visit and can be used toward Pranaa’s services! This is a free program.

How do I get started? You don’t have to do a thing!

All Pranaa clients are automatically included in the program, and will start to earn points effective Oct 15th 2009.

How do I accumulate Reward Points?

It’s easy! You accumulate points every time you spend at Pranaa and when you refer us to your friends & family. Ask your referrals to mention your first & last name to receive your reward points for referrals.

Below is a list of ways you can accumulate Reward Points.

  • Earn 4 Reward Points for every dollar you spend at Pranaa.
  • Earn 5,000 Reward Points for introducing your friend to Pranaa Monthly Yoga Membership.
  • Earn 5,000 Reward Points for introducing your friend to Pranaa Monthly Massage Membership.
  • Earn 200 Reward Points for introducing your friend.
  • Receive a $50 Reward Card for every 5000 points earned.

How many Reward Points do I have?

Front desk should be able to tell you how many Reward Points you have.

How and when can I redeem my Reward Points?

Reward Points are redeemable as soon as you have accumulated 5000 points. You will receive a $50 Reward Card for every 5000 points earned. Your Reward Points can be redeemed towards any Pranaa service at regular price. They cannot be combined with or used on special or promotion pricing.

Are Reward Points redeemable for cash?

No. Reward Points are not redeemable for cash.

Can Reward Points be used to purchase gift cards, membership fees or applied to past purchases?

No. Reward Points cannot be used to purchase gift cards, membership fees or applied to past purchases.

Do Reward Points expire?

No. Reward Points do not expire. $50 Reward Card expires 3 month from date of issue.
