In this workshop, we will practice integrating the concept of opening ourselves up both physically and mentally. Learning when to open, when to resist, and how to work the edges in between using our breath and minds to reveal the difference.
We’ll start with a beautiful stretch class, open to any special areas you might need help with, including the proper use of props, and end with a question and answer session that is sure to leave you more open in both body and mind. No experience is necessary, as this workshop is appropriate for all levels.

About Guillaume Gauthereau
After a successful career as a CEO of global companies, Guillaume Gauthereau reached a turning point in his life – material success had not necessarily made him happy. Guillaume decided to change his life and embarked on a journey that took him from working with Mother Teresa’s mission in India, to the jungles of Peru. During the last 10 years Guillaume as traveled all over Asia and South America to study and meditate with master healers and teachers of all faiths. This class will be a slow paced class geared towards beginners!
Classes will be taught based on the methodology outlined by B.K.S. Iyengar. Postures are structured and categorized the to allow students to progress from basic to advanced postures as they gain flexibility, strength and sensitivity in mind, body and spirit. There will be focus on proper alignment in the poses. Props and modifications are utilized to allow for people with different ranges of motion and postures will have a sequence from the beginning to the end of the class.
