In this workshop, we will practice integrating the concept of opening ourselves up both physically and mentally. Learning when to open, when to resist, and how to work the edges in between using our breath and minds to reveal the difference.
We’ll start with a beautiful stretch class, open to any special areas you might need help with, including the proper use of props, and end with a question and answer session that is sure to leave you more open in both body and mind. No experience is necessary, as this workshop is appropriate for all levels.
A total body stretch from head to toe, relaxation, and laughs are guaranteed!
